We offer maintenance of all types of Elevators and Escalators. Our team consists Engineer, Supervisor, Technicians and qualified assistants who are well trained and highly experienced. Also they are thoroughly familiar with all major makes of elevators. Needless to mention, all of our staff is well-versed with International safety regulations.
Preventive maintenance schedule including inspections, lubrication, adjustments and repair/replacement of parts for each units under service. Visits are planned as per schedule to ascertain the characteristics of parts and equipment in order to minimize the risk of failure or breakdown.
Our technical specialists carry out an audit of the equipment safety and quality. Competent proposals on enhancements are presented by ASCO to the clients upon their specific request including our recommendations on upgrading, modernization and/or replacement of systems / equipment, components or modification in working mechanism, if feasible.
We undertake modernization or renovation of any make or brand of lifts/elevators dependent on the obtainability and availability of needed components, accessories, parts and spare parts.
